2009年11月28日、SUREFIRE G2D Fire Rescue 販売開始致しました。
レスキュー及び救急救命士（Emergency Medical Technician）用に開発されたレスキューモデルです。
ボディーは、軽量で耐衝撃性の高いナイトロロン樹脂、カラーは暗闇で視認性の高い蛍光イエローを採用しています。
お好みで反射板ステッカーを貼ることも出来ます。
新設計のテクスチャードリフレクターを搭載の調光新型ヘッドKX3を搭載したモデルです。
発光体は、Seoul semiconのZ-power LED P4です。
CR123Ax2本でSUREFIRE Torch Lumen Max115Lumensを発生します。
付属されている拡散フィルムや3段階の減光機能は現場での治療行為などを行うときに使用します。
また、実使用では、必要とする明るさを調整することでバッテリー燃費の向上にもなります。
On/Offの繰り返しで3段階調光（１５／６０／１１５Lumens）切り替えが出来ます。
テールスイッチもモメンタリーオンクリックテールスイッチZ59相当が標準搭載します。
フィルター3種類、ランヤードリング、反射デカール、ストラップ付属。

G2D-FYL
The G2D Fire Rescue is a compact variable-output flashlight developed for firefighters, paramedics, and other first-responders. It features a body made of tough, corrosion-proof Nitrolon® polymer and a hard-anodized aluminum bezel and tailcap switch. It uses a virtually indestructible power-regulated LED and precision micro-textured reflector to produce a consistently smooth beam. The G2D-FYL's pushbutton tailcap click switch lets you activate the flashlight and select three output levels: press or click for a 115-lumen high beam—nearly six times the light of a big two-D-cell flashlight; release or click off and press or click again for a 45-lumen extended-runtime medium beam for general use; release or click off and press or click on again for a 15 lumen low beam for close work, preserving your night vision, navigating in the dark, or when you need extended runtime. It includes a diffuser kit providing three beam options—narrow for search and rescue, wider for area illumination and close work. MIL-STD-810 rated, which includes testing safe in most explosive atmospheres. Its fluorescent yellow color and included reflective body stickers make the G2D-FYL Fire Rescue easy to find in dark or smoky conditions.
