SUREFIRE G3L-FYL Fire Rescueのご紹介です。
今回のモデルは、SUREFIREでも定番商品である、「 SUREFIRE G3L 」のNEWコンセプトモデル 「シュアファイアー ファイアーレスキュー」モデルが登場しました。

MIL-STD-810 Rated: Explosive atmosphereの規格をクリアーしています。
3V CR123A ｘ3本で、ヘッド内部のSUREFIRE P60L-WHから出力される光速は80Lumens / 約6hrs.(80→50lms.)、ベゼルとスイッチはアルミ、ボディーはナイトロロン樹脂で軽量です。
G2L-FYLと比較すると電池1本分ボディーは長くなるもののタクティカルランタイムの維持の点で有利になります。


SUREFIRE G3L Fire Rescueは、米国の消防官・救助医療隊員のためのアイデアが、盛り込まれています。
目を惹く派手な蛍光色イエローボディーカラーは、暗い環境でもすぐにライト本体を発見できるように考慮されており、付属の反射ステッカーを貼ることで、よりアピール度が上がります。

スイッチに関しては、通常のプッシュ式ではなく、Z58/Z59系クリックオン式ですので、間欠・連続点等の切り替え操作も簡単です。
G3L ファイアーレスキューモデルは、付属のフィルターを併用する事により狭い現場での治療行為などを考慮して、強いスポット光ではなく、ワイドでフラットな照射特性を得る事も可能となっています。
アウトドアーや夜間の散歩など、日常使用で大いに期待できるモデルです。
テールランヤードリング、専用蛍光イエローネックランヤード、フィルター3枚、ベゼル外し工具付、反射ステッカーが付属します。

The G3L Fire Rescue—a slightly larger, longer-running version of the G2LF—is a compact single-output LED flashlight developed for firefighters, paramedics, EMS personnel, and other emergency first responders. MIL-STD-810 rated, which includes safe for explosive atmosphere. Constructed of tough, corrosion-proof Nitrolon® polymer and hard-anodized aluminum, the G3LF features a virtually indestructible, power-regulated LED and a micro-textured reflector to produce a smooth, brilliant 80-lumen beam with four times the light output of a typical two-D-cell flashlight. The pushbutton tailcap switch provides secure, ergonomic control—press for momentary-on, press further to click constant-on.

The G3LF's beam can be customized with three removable micro-lens inserts (included) that simultaneously diffuse the beam and control its divergence angle. The 20° divergence insert provides maximum lateral area coverage and the least amount of reflected light, appropriate for close work such as medical assistance; the 10° insert gives you a diffused beam with the most reach; and the 15° insert provides a balance between these two. The G3LF's fluorescent yellow color and included reflective body stickers make it easy to find if dropped-crucial if you're a firefighter, EMT, search and rescue team member, or public safety or utilities worker. An extra-long fluorescent breakaway lanyard allows the light to be pocketed out of the way yet remain securely attached when needed.
